Eficiencia energética de un edificio de viviendas

En el siguiente proyecto, se estudia el aumento de la eficiencia energética de un edificio en Madrid, mediante la instalación de paneles fotovoltaicos. Se estudia el efecto de esto en la factura en el actual contexto de los mercados eléctricos en España y su integración en el marco europeo. Se proporcionará una solución técnica y financieramente viable, así como una estimación de la potencia obtenida a lo largo de la vida útil del proyecto. Se presentan l0s objetivos sotenibles y económicos por los que interesa implantar medidas enfocadas al autoabastecimiento, especialmente importante en el actual marco geopolítico de los mercados energéticos. Se estudiarán rendimientos técnicos, así como métricas financieras, como la tasa interna de retorno del proyecto y el tiempo de amortización de la inversión inicial. Para ello se plantearán distintos tipos de paneles,con diferentes potencias y precios, así como distintas formas de financiación, valorando préstamos o fondos titulizados que, aunque reduzcan la TIR, reduzcan la inversión inicial.

In the following project, the increase in energy efficiency of a building in Madrid is studied, through the installation of photovoltaic panels. The effect of this on the bill is studied in the current context of the electricity markets in Spain and its integration into the European framework. A technically and financially viable solution will be provided, as well as an estimate of the power obtained throughout the useful life of the project. The sustainable and economic objectives are presented for which it is interesting to implement measures focused on self-sufficiency, especially important in the current geopolitical framework of energy markets. Technical returns will be studied, as well as financial metrics, such as the internal rate of return of the project and the amortization time of the initial investment. For this, different types of panels will be considered, with different powers and prices, as well as different forms of financing, valuing loans or securitized funds that, although they reduce the IRR, reduce the initial investment.
