Automatization process in an aluminum anodizing line

Coil, una compañía belga especializada en el anodizado de aluminio, necesita una
nueva línea en la planta de Benburg, Alemania. Esta línea se situará al lado de otra línea ya
existente. Para este proyecto Group-IPS fue elegido, hace un año y medio, como Project
Manager. Esto se debe a que fue Group-IPS quien de manera exitosa construyó para Coil la
línea de anodizado existente en la planta de Benburg. Además de esta responsabilidad,
Group IPS está también a cargo de la ingeniería básica y de la automatización de la línea.
En este proyecto se lleva a cabo una explicación detallada del diseño y la
programación de la automatización de dicha línea.

Coil, a Belgian company specialized in anodized aluminum needs a new aluminum line in
Bernburg, Germany. This line will be placed just next to the already existing line. For this project
Group-IPS was chosen as project manager a year and a half ago. This is due to the fact that it was
Group IPS who built successfully, for Coil, the already existing anodizing line in Bernburg. In
addition to this responsibility, Group-IPS is also in charge of the basic engineering as well as the
automation of the new line.
