Autodeterminación y derecho

Este trabajo de fin de grado propone dar respuesta a la pregunta de cómo se relacionan la autodeterminación y el derecho. Para ello, se realizará el estudio de la evolución del concepto de libertad y su correspondiente implicación en la concepción del derecho de autodeterminación recogido por el ordenamiento jurídico. Asimismo, se analizará el constitucionalismo y el consiguiente tratamiento constitucional del derecho de autodeterminación en la Constitución Española de 1978 mediante el estudio de caso de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo.

This dissertation proposes to answer the question of how self-determination and law relate. To this end, a study will be made of the evolution of the concept of freedom and its corresponding implication in the conception of the right to self-determination enshrined in the legal system. Likewise, the constitutionalism and the consequent constitutional treatment of the right to self-determination in the Spanish Constitution of 1978 will be analysed through the case study of the voluntary interruption of pregnancy.
