Proyecto educativo para pacientes postinfartados

Las patologías cardiovasculares son la principal causa de mortalidad en el mundo. Tanto en
España como en el resto del globo, nos encontramos que dentro de estas enfermedades, la
más letal es el infarto agudo de miocardio, el cual está por encima de los ACV. Esta
enfermedad deja secuelas de por vida. Dada esta situación, lo que se intenta en este
trabajo, es inculcar las competencias necesarias, para que un paciente que ha sufrido un
infarto, sea capaz de gestionar su propia salud. Esto se realizara mediante un taller, en los
cuales se darán consejos y pautas para conseguir una mejor calidad de vida. Consiguiendo
un mayor índice de supervivencia durante el primer año, a través de la atención primaria.

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide. Both in Spain and in the
rest of the globe, we find that in these diseases is the most lethal acute myocardial infarction,
which is above the ACV. This disease sequelae for life. Given this situation, what is
attempted in this paper, is to instill the skills needed for a patient who has suffered a stroke,
be able to manage their own health. This was done through a workshop, in which advice and
guidance will be given to get a better quality of life. Getting a higher rate of survival during
